At BazaarBloom, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered for all eligible items.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

🔁 How to Start a Return

You can initiate a return through our Self-Serve Returns Portal by following these steps:

  1. Visit the Self-Serve Returns Portal on our website.

  2. Enter the email address used to place your order.

  3. Follow the guided instructions to submit your return request.

Please note: All return requests must be reviewed and approved before any items are shipped back. Do not send items without prior authorization.

✅ Return Eligibility

Your item is eligible for return if:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The original packaging, accessories, and included components are returned (where applicable).

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

  • Products returned without their original packaging or included components.

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect).

⚙️ Return Review & Processing

  • Return requests are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once approved, return instructions will be sent via email.

  • No restocking or handling fees are charged.

Please note: Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

💳 Refund Timing

After your returned item has been received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Most refunds are processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
